I worked as part of a team at JustSo to oversee the creative direction, and set design for Unminds workplace of tomorrow. An education course, for managers, by managers.

We worked to deliver dense academic topics in a way that was both accessible and scientifically accurate. Ensuring that managers found the content informative and left with practical and actionable knowledge to carry forward into their everyday working life.

Overall, 100% of the managers found the content helpful. 89% of those felt more confident. 87% reported an increase in knowledge, and lastly 97% reported positive outcomes from taking the course.
